The black leather case is made from Minerva, a plain unmilled leather, which at first has a matte finish, but its abundant oils enable the leather to acquire a natural sheen over time.

The olive leather case is Pueblo, a distressed look created by buffing Minerva leather with a steel ball, providing a richly coloured finish.The leather has a rustic feel at first, developing a smooth, deep patina with use.
